The wood impregnation agent "Wood Shade" is designed for decorating and protecting wood against atmospheric effects. Wax and other added components prevent the wood from absorbing water, make it resistant to sun rays, halt natural wood aging, and decay.

Purpose of Use

For impregnating wooden surfaces (such as fences, firewood storage, decorative wells, environmental decoration elements, outdoor canopies, and similar) while giving the desired color. It is recommended to cover horizontal surfaces of outdoor furniture with varnish. New surfaces should be impregnated while the wood has not darkened due to atmospheric effects. Surface preparation. The surface must be dry and clean. Dust, resin, grease, or other stains must be thoroughly cleaned. Usage. Mix thoroughly before use. It is recommended to apply with a brush or roller 1-2 times, leaving no untreated wood. The second layer should be applied only when the first is completely dry.

Working Conditions

Use when the ambient temperature is between +6 and +25 °C. The recommended working temperature is 18 (+-5 °C). The impregnated wood must be dry (moisture – less than 15 percent). High air humidity negatively affects the quality of impregnation.

Drying Time. Does not stick upon contact after 2 hours (if the air temperature is +20 °C and the relative humidity is 65 percent). Fully dries after 12-24 hours. Consumption. Approximately 14-18 m2/l (depending on the preparation of the wood surface).
