It can be<br \/>applied to vertical and horizontal surfaces, both<br \/>absorbent and non-absorbent. The composition is particularly<br \/>recommended for critical substrates (only inside buildings),<br \/>such as substrates with difficult-to-remove adhesive<br \/>residues, ceramic tiles, dispersion, and epoxy paint<br \/>layers. The product enhances the surface of the substrate and improves<br \/>adhesion to the substrate. CN 94 can be applied to anhydrite,<br \/>cement, and asphalt mastic substrates, industrially<br \/>produced substrate elements (e.g., gypsum fiber<br \/>floor panels), concrete, including vacuum-treated concrete,<br \/>painted and unpainted surfaces on a wooden base (particle<br \/>board, OSB board), self-leveling floor screeds, already<br \/>existing ceramic and stone tiles, cement, cement-lime, and lime plasters, gypsum, and aerated concrete<br \/>substrates.<br \/>CN 94 can also be applied to underfloor heating structures<\/p>\n<p>Surfaces to be primed with CN 94 must be dry, load-bearing,<br \/>and free from substances that reduce adhesion: greases,<br \/>bitumen, dust, and others. Any stains and<br \/>layers with low strength must be removed. This also applies to existing adhesive<br \/>paints, which must be scraped off and then rinsed off with water.<br \/>Gypsum and anhydrite substrates,<br \/>OSB boards, and thick paint layers should be sanded with coarse<br \/>sandpaper, thoroughly cleaned, and vacuumed.<br \/>All smooth and non-absorbent surfaces should first be<br \/>sanded and made rough. Requirements for specific<br \/>types of substrates are indicated in the table.<\/p>\n<p>Shake the contents of the package several times. For absorbent substrates, dilute the concentrate with water (mix 1 part CN 94 with 3 parts water). For non-absorbent surfaces, wooden-based surfaces, and asphalt mastic substrates, apply CN 94 undiluted. Apply thin layers of the product. Spread evenly with a brush, avoiding puddles. Depending on the type of substrate, the drying time is between 2 to 4 hours. After complete curing, the surface should be scratch-resistant. Otherwise, the priming procedure must be repeated within 24 hours. Clean tools and fresh spills with water. Hardened stains can be removed with solvent.<\/p>\n<p>Work should be carried out under dry conditions, at air and substrate temperatures of +5 \u00b0C to +25 \u00b0C. Avoid drafts.
