The site is intended for a catalog of building materials and for ordering goods online.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Ordering Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order is considered confirmed at the moment the customer receives a confirmation email. Prices are indicated with VAT. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment must be made within 5 working days after receiving the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. For large orders, a 50% advance may be requested.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery and Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery conditions and the return procedure are described on the <a href=\"\/piegade\/\">Delivery page<\/a>. Goods can be returned within 14 days if the product has not been used.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Limitations of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIA &#8220;Buvmix&#8221; is not responsible for losses due to improper use of goods or damaged delivery if the customer has not informed about it within 5 working days. We are not responsible for the availability of the website and possible technical interruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on the site \u2014 texts, images, logos \u2014 is the property of SIA &#8220;Buvmix&#8221; or is used with permission.
