ROCLITE U-block assembly
To form monolithic concrete strips, U-blocks are glued together using block glue, creating a uniform and monolithic overlay. When choosing reinforcement in the ROCLITE U-block, it is necessary to take into account the design rules of reinforced concrete structures. When concreting roofs from ROCLITE U-blocks, all the specified requirements for working with concrete must be observed. Panels, beams, etc. can be so installed only after the concrete has acquired the necessary rigidity and it should be taken into account that the elements must rest on the concrete and not on the edges of the U-blocks.
Two methods can be used to create partitions from ROCLITE U-blocks:
1. The shutters are built on a stable foundation at the construction site and after hardening are moved to the required place with the help of a crane.
2. Above the place (window slot, door slot, etc.) where the cover is to be installed, a wooden beam is installed and U-blocks on it. The U-blocks are then filled with rebar and concrete.
Covers from ROCLITE U-blocks must rest on the walls at least 250 mm. Only standard size blocks are used in support areas.
